Across Nigeria and the continent, millions of talented, capable women are locked out of income, not because they lack skill, but because they lack access: to equipment, to mentorship, to the rooms where opportunity gets decided.
At the same time, every business in Africa, from a two-person hair company to a federal ministry, is fighting for one thing: visibility. They need to be seen, heard, and trusted online, and they need it constantly.
We built SHE SHOT IT to close both gaps with one skill set.
We take women with nothing but a phone and, in months, hand them a trade that the entire economy is starving for: the ability to shoot, edit, and tell a story that moves people to act. A skill that cannot be taken from her, that travels with her into any boardroom, any business, any country. A skill she can rent to others, or use to build something entirely her own.

SHE SHOT IT is not a one time grant recipient. It is infrastructure: every woman we train becomes a producer of value for other businesses, which means every partner who funds a cohort is funding a multiplier, not a single outcome.
Sponsor a cohort, a city, or a state wide rollout. We report against a clear Theory of Change, real placement numbers, and named, trackable outcomes, not vanity metrics. Your funding trains, places, and follows a woman for a full year, bootcamp through internship through alumnae network.
